Tom Cruise calls podiatrists menace

Tom Cruise is the scientologist that criticized Brooke Shields for taking antidepressants and seeing a psychiatrist to deal with her postpartum depression. Here’s a quote from Tom at a different site
You know what? I’m sure drug dealers on the street in some way, they’re making money. That’s what I equate it to. Here’s the thing you have to understand with psychiatry. There is no science behind it. And to pretend that there is a science behind it is criminal.

Looks like he may be headed for a fall, according to this New York Times article that takes about Tom Cruise insisting on having (and got) a scientology tent on the set of the film “War of the Worlds” where the studio says there’s no solicitation allowed. ” The studio required that the tent not be used for recruitment purposes, they said.” So what was it used for, a tourist attraction? What do you think would be the reaction if some actor insisted on having a Jehovah’s witness or Hari Krishna tent on the set of their movie?
Many people don’t seek treatment for depression, a common comorbid condition of many ADDers because of negative stigma from morons who think like him. What do you think of his comments?
