ADD or Bipolar?

WebMD has a good article talking about how children with Bipolar are sometimes misdiagnosed as having ADD. This can be harmful to the person with bipolar since ADD stimulant medications can trigger mania in people with bipolar.

Sometimes an ADDer is misdiagnosed with bipolar and sometimes the person has both. They compare and contrast the two conditions. Here’s their main page on Bipolar.
