Filed under: ADD Advocacy, ADD Awareness Pete Quily @

The 3rd annual ADD Conference sponsored by ADDresources.org a non profit Association for ADD will be held in Seattle October 8-9,2005.

John Ratey, MD, author of “Shadow Syndromes”, and co-author “Driven to Distraction,” and “Delivered from Distraction.” will be a keynote speaker on Saturday and on Sunday, Angela Tzelepsis, Ph.D., therapist and college professor, with years of experience working with ADHD clients of all ages, will be the keynote presenter.

There will be four different breakout sessions from a selection of thirty breakout sessions presented by ADHD physicians, therapists, coaches and professional organizers.

Fees are very reasonable, $100 before Oct 1st and $125 after for a 2 day conference.

I’ve been to their previous conference, and was very impressed. I’d highly recommend checking it out.

They’ve also got a great website with many good articles on ADD, a free directory of ADD service providers i.e., ADD coaches, therapists, doctors, and ADD support groups, and an Ezine.
