Adult ADD Strengths

Dr. Ed Hallowell & Dr. John Ratey already have a series of 22 teleclasses on ADD, see All About Minds.

I’ve suggested to Melissa that 22 teleclass series on ADD might be great for some people but they’d get more people to attend if they offer single teleclasses as well. They’ve finally done so.

They’ve just announced shorter individual teleclass on specific topics relating to ADD in December and January. Their ADD teleclasses consist of a 45 minute lecture plus 15 minute moderated Q&A. They have one guest instructor Sari Solden for the “Relationship Self Defense for Women with ADD Teleclass. Sari is the author of Women with ADD and Journeys Through Addulthood.

Dr. Ed Hallowell & Dr. John Ratey are the coauthors of the ADD classic Driven to Distraction and the 2005 Delivered from Distraction as well as other books relating to ADD and the brain. They’re arguably 2 of the best known ADD authors.

I’ve been interviewed for a local campus Internet Radio station, BCIT’s Radio CFML (104.5) on the topic of adult ADD.
