ADD and Getting Motivated Some Answers

Here’s a link to the notes from my Vancouver Adult ADD support Group meeting on the topic of ADD and getting motivated that I blogged about earlier, see ADD and getting motivated some questions

We talked about how it might be useful to create a list of some tasks that you’re motivated to do because it’s enjoyable. Then find ways to apply or modify them to tasks you’re not easily motivated to do to increase your level of motivation, and likelyhood of completion.

See the page for the full list.

What ways have you learned to modify/transform the tasks you don’t naturally find motivating but have to do? Or how have you learned to change your attitude towards them to increase your motivation to complete them?

The Attention Deficit Disorder blog carnival is a collection of recent blog entries about Attention Deficit Disorder. The hope is to expose blog readers to blogs that have a different perspective on Attention Deficit Disorder.
