cool mashup you've created. 

Many ADDers self medicate positively through exercise since it boosts dopamine (the focusing neurotransmitter), norepinepherine, serotonin and beta endorphins. It's the #1 non medical way to treat ADHD, depression and anxiety. Many of those do it through running. Jeff Hamilton, my co-author of pills the don't teach skills blog is a regular runner and swears by it's positive effects.</description>
