good idea to switch to WordPress, you can do a lot more with it than Typepad. I’d definitely say check out Thesis.

Pete,
Great site, enjoyed many of your WP connections. We are on the same path… by soapbox is on the medical side, as I see many who write for ADD meds not ‘paying attention’ to precise details of the medications for the people they treat who themselves are not ‘paying attention.’

Switching to WP early this year and looks like Thesis is the one to move to…

what idea Kate?

1. get a proper diagnosis first. He may have ADHD, he may not, he may have ADHD and other co-existing conditions as well. If you don’t know what you have it’s hard to properly manage it. See http://adultaddstrengths.com/2008/02/21/top-10-ways-to-manage-adult-adhd/

2. If he does have ADHD and finds the right med(s) and the right dose (it’s a trial an error process, you usually won’t get the right one off the bat) he won’t lose his edge or his multitasking capabilities, he’ll just increase his completion rate.

Please keep this idea going, my husband has undiagnosed ADHD and we have begun to have the discussion on medication. We are both worried he will loose his ‘edge’ and ability to do 20 things at once.
