Now Available Online. Audio of my ADD Teleclass The Imperfect Guide to Starting an ADD Support Group

“It is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life that no man can seriously help another without helping himself.” Charles Dudley Warner

For those of you who missed it and want to hear it, the Teleclass I did for ADD Awareness day at ADD Classes, The Imperfect Guide to Starting an ADD Support Group is now online for your listening pleasure at ADD Classes, need to login & search for it. Had more than 20 people on the call, my first teleclass.

It was free at the time, now there is a nominal charge. They need to pay for the bandwidth bills too.

They have regular teleclasses on topics relating to ADD so drop by every once in a while and check them out.

Here was my intro for it.

Some people who might want to start an ADD support group in their area don’t, because they may suffer from 2 common treatable conditions.

Credentialitis and Perfectionism. There is hope for those with both conditions.

If you ever got frustrated because there was no ADD support group in your area, and no one who you could really talk to for more than 15 minutes who really knew ADD here’s your chance to do something about it.

Create one. I created the Vancouver Adult ADD support group that’s affiliated with CHADD Vancouver with some other people, and I’m not perfect and despite that, it’s going pretty well.

Here again are some links from my ADD Support Group section of my website on starting support groups.
